  • 50 g peanuts

  • 200 g white rice

  • Butter

  • Put a pot with water to boil and cook the rice according to the package instructions.

  • When it is done, reserve it in cold.

  • Put another pot with water to heat and when it is boiling, toss the beans and spinach and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.

  • When cooked, drain and reserve cold.

  • In a pan with a little oil, lightly toast the pine nuts and peanuts.

  • In a large bowl mix the rice with the vegetables and spices.

  • Put 4 sheets of filo dough stretched, paint them with butter and place another sheet of filo dough on top of each one.

  • When they are, repaint a little with butter so they do not dry out.

  • With the help of a spoon, place the filling in the center of each one and roll it on itself.

  • Then with each one make circles. Paint with a little oil.

  • Put the oven at 180 ° C and bake the threads for about 20 minutes.
