Rapper Mac Miller died of mixed drug toxicity, the Los Angeles County coroner's office confirmed Monday.
The musician had fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol in his system, according to a toxicology report.
Miller, 26, was found unresponsive at his home in the Los Angeles area on September 7 and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
