As I said I would, I am publishing evidence that the NHS has people in a criterion that does not exist and when they met they corrupted the policy to match their response.
I was denied surgery because my bmi has more than 25, what they say is specified in their policy ...
Let me show you how they deliberately tried to ruin my life.

I have shown you the policy that indicates examples, and I have shown you a policy that states what I should be. Nowhere does he set an upper limit of BMI of 25 as a general rule.
Now here is the head of the decision makers and the head of the complaints (the same person) changing the wording of the policy to match his illogical reason for rejecting me.
As you can see, this person changed the wording in the policy to make a list of examples a criterion, not only that, but the first letter that I showed confirms that not only the wording was modified but that they kept me in this damaged policy .
In the previous email, I am told that what is said is specified in the guidelines, however, I have proven that they are not and I provided links to support my claim.
There are many more details in this regard, such as the ombudsman of the local health service turning a blind eye when I show them evidence (it's funny), I have 2 case files of my case and they're throwing me aside.
