It is fun to make cakes with so many colors, they are beautiful and they are super eye-catching for the little kids, this is the second one I do to Goya and he loved it.
Chocolate cake extreme cake x 2:
550 gr. sugar
330 gr. flour
97 gr. cocoa powder
3 teaspoons of baking soda
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
355 ml. milk
180 ml. sunflower oil
3 teaspoons of vanilla essence
360 ml. boiling water
Strawberry Buttercream from the forest:
300 gr. icing sugar
300 gr. butter t / amb.
6 teaspoons pasta Home Chef of strawberries of the forest
Chocolate Ganache:
400 gr. chocolate Desserts Nestle sliced
200 ml. liquid cream for riding
Decor:
1,300 kg. green fondant lettuce

Preparation of the sponge cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, heat up and down.
2. Spread the butter mold or mold release spray.
3. We sift and mix the dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, yeast and salt.
4. We add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, and mix.
5. When everything is well mixed add the boiling water (the result is quite liquid, it is normal).
6. We put the mixture in the oven and bake 1 hour 20 minutes or until the cake poke with a stick comes out clean. Do not remove from the mold until it has cooled.
Preparation of strawberry strawberries buttercream:
1. To prepare the filling cream, beat the butter and icing sugar at medium-high speed for 5 minutes, until the mixture is integrated.
2. Add the strawberries from the forest in batter and beat again.
Preparation the ganaché:
1. Chop the chopped chocolate and arrange in a bowl.
2. Put the cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it starts to boil and put it on the chocolate, let stand 3 minutes and stir until a bright and homogeneous cream forms, let stand 8 hours at room temperature, and ready to use.
Mounting:
1. Cut the cakes into layers, placing some chopsticks so as not to change the position of the cakes.
2. Place on a cake base a bit of Nutella to stick the first layer of sponge cake, place the buttercream, and so on until all the layers are finished, cover with ganaché and smooth, put in the fridge to harden.
3. We extend the fondant and cover the cake.
