	How delicious, by God, another great recipe from the incredible Florelila, from his magnificent blog "Florelila, recipes and hobbies".







	







	








	2 large eggs
110 gr. extra virgin olive oil
1 natural yogurt
100 gr. pistachios without salt (peeled)
150 gr. flour
150 gr. sugar.
1 envelope of yeast type Royal.
20 gr. cocoa powder without sugar
20 grains of pink pepper 







	







	1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Crush the pink pepper in a mortar, peel the pistachios and roughly crush them in the same mortar.
3. In a bowl beat the eggs with yogurt, add the sugar and chocolate powder, no rod blender is necessary with a manual rod whisk is enough for this recipe.
4. We add the oil and, little by little, the flour and the yeast, to the flour I have added the pistachios cut so that they do not go to the bottom of the cake (we keep a few to decorate) and the pink pepper chopped, until getting a homogeneous mass.
5. Grease a cake mold and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, about 40 minutes (If you use small molds, keep them in the oven for about 20 minutes), until when punctured, the skewer comes out clean. 
6. Remove from the oven and put over the pistachios that we had reserved and if it is in a mold that is unmouldable, unmold when it is cold, I save this step.
