McGarvey said police obtained a search warrant to collect forensic evidence of the driver's car.

A 7-year-old boy was killed on November 1, 2018, when he was struck by a car at a bus stop in Franklin Township in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
Cathy Harlow, superintendent of the Tyrone area school district, said in a statement posted on the district's website that the child was a second-grade student at Tyrone Elementary School in Tyrone.
