1. New polls show that Democrats have an advantage before partial exams

With partial exams just one day, a new ABC News / Washington Post poll It shows the Democrats with an advantage of 8 points on the generic ballot.

The political director of ABC News, Rick Klein, says that the Democrats will seek to take advantage of the competitive careers of the House in the suburbs of the main cities.

2. Trump a match in the Tennessee Senate race

President Donald Trump has shown great interest in the Senate's closed races across the country, saying he has made a difference in up to seven races.

One is in Tennessee, where Tara Palmeri, an ABC News correspondent at the White House, says voters are responding to some of Trump's central problems, such as immigration and tax reform.

3. Republican gubernatorial candidate accuses Democrats of hacking

In Georgia, Stacey Abrams is trying to become the first black governor in the history of the United States.

She runs against Republican Brian Kemp, the current secretary of state whose office oversees Georgia's elections.

And although we've already seen complaints about voter suppression, Kemp's office said it opened an investigation into the Democratic Party of Georgia for a alleged attempt to hack the state's voting system.

We found out about David Cross, the lawyer who alerted the FBI and Kemp's office about the alleged vulnerability. He says he was informed by a worried voter from Georgia and does not believe that the Democratic Party had anything to do with that.

"Everything Kemp has done is exactly what he wanted to do," Cross said, "which is to make the narrative about the Democratic Party instead of everyone focusing on the fact that there is a serious vulnerability in the system and who just let it go. "

Rebecca DeHart, executive director of the Democratic Party of Georgia, said Kemp's question for the investigation is purely political.

"This political Kemp trick, just a few days before the election, is another example of why he can not be trusted and should not oversee an election in which he is also a candidate for governor," DeHart said.

Kemp has not commented beyond the initial statement of his office that says Democrats are under investigation, without offering evidence.
