"Melania Trump seems like she has stolen Florence's costumes from Hannibal Lecter," said another.
While speaking to the press in Egypt, Melania Trump said she wants people "to focus on what I do, not what I use."
In the past, his choice of clothes has provoked widespread comments, especially when wearing a coat adorned with the slogan "I really do not care, right?" while boarding a plane to visit migrant children on the Texas-Mexico border in June.
