Trump jokes about his own impeachment, accuses Dems of trying to topple Kavanaugh

Still riding high since the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh Before the Supreme Court, President Trump delighted in victory at a rally on Tuesday night and continued to beat the Democrats, and warned that the opposing party is already working to undermine the new justice.

"Last week they said to challenge, for what? For what?" Trump said.

"And I have to go first, right?" Half joking at his expense. "Although we have done nothing wrong, except create one of the largest economies in the history of our country."

The president again accused the Democrats of trying to destroy Kavanaugh from the moment it was announced.

"What the Demons did to Brett and his family is a national disgrace," said Trump, "including the fake protesters who received their payment and now want to protest because they did not receive the payment and they want their money, real protest."

When he criticized Dianne Feinstein, mocking his refusal to filter the letter from Christine Blasey Ford, the crowd erupted in "enclosing their songs."

But, this time, the songs seemed to be directed directly at Feinstein (not Clinton), something the president also observed: "I think they're talking about Feinstein."

"He leaked it 100 percent," Trump said, and then quickly qualified: "I do not want to be sued, 99 percent, now I can not be sued."

He offered a special greeting to Chuck Grassley of Iowa, whom he called "an Iowa legend", a "hard cookie" and a "great person".

Trump continued calling the Democrats the "crime party" and said they will plunge the country into poverty and chaos.

"If the Democrats take control, they will try to reverse our amazing progress and plunge our country into stagnation and perhaps into poverty and, finally, into chaos," Trump said.

The president also attacked Sen. Elizabeth Warren, saying the Democrats have gone "so far to the left" that they consider "Pocahontas is a rational person," Trump said.

She added: "I hope she runs ... We can finally get to the fact that if she has Indian blood ... Her mother says she has high bones in her cheeks."

In Iowa, corn is king.

As expected, President Trump announced that EPA will facilitate regulations to allow the sale of ethanol throughout the year.

"We will go with E15 throughout the year, it's fine, I made the promise during the campaign, the promises were fulfilled," Trump said to the crowd's shouts.

The time of the move, just a month before the midterms, seems to be an effort by the president to show the farmers in the heart of the United States that he still has his back turned.

The biggest acclamation of the night came when the president mentioned Nebraska, which caused the Nebraskan crowd to cheerfully shout in response.

The president noticed the shouts of joy and made a call and response with the crowd to see who was from Iowa and who from Nebraska. And the cheers from Nebraska were much stronger. The president then concluded that he did not care.

"All I know is that we have many farmers in both and our administration is protecting ethanol, today we are releasing the power of E15 to feed our country throughout the year," said Trump.

Even though the audience seemed heavy in Nebraska, President Trump urged the inhabitants of Iowa to go out and vote, and do it sooner.

"You can do early voting in Iowa, just go and finish," Trump said. "Vote early, do it immediately, then you do not need to listen to me anymore."

The president asked the audience to vote for the Republican candidates for the elections, including Kim Reynolds, David Young and Rod Blum. Reynolds took the stage and gave brief comments, expressing his support for Kavanaugh.
