Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts says left-hander Hyun-Jin Ryu will start Game 2 of the World Series, followed by right-hander Walker Buehler in Game 3.
Ace Clayton Kershaw had already been announced for the first game on Tuesday night, against Chris Sale of Boston.
Ryu was 7-3 with a 1.97 ERA in the regular season. He pitched seven scoreless innings in the National League Division Series and made two NLCS starts against Milwaukee, a Dodgers victory and also a loss in Game 6. He will face left-hander David Price of Boston.
Buehler was 8-5 with a 2.62 ERA in the regular season, and he also had 4 2/3 innings, allowing just one run, in the NLCS deciding factor against the Brewers.
