Queen Elizabeth II organized dinner for King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall also attended the banquet for 150 guests.

Kate also donned one of the most beloved tiara of the late Princess Diana, the tiara Lover's Knot, which was created by the grandmother of Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary, in 1913, and was a gift to Diana on her wedding day . The Duchess of Cambridge also wore Diana's favorite earrings, necklaces and Collingwood diamond, and a spectacular necklace borrowed from Queen Isabella's collection of pearls and diamonds.
