DNA testing revealed that the shark that attacked a 13-year-old boy last month on a coast in southern California was a big target, according to a report.
The scientists collected the shark's DNA by cleaning the wet suit that Keane Webre-Hayes used when he was bitten while diving for lobsters near Encinitas, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported Wednesday.
