In an article Y interview In regards to its out-of-this-world meetings in December 2017 near Jupiter and Saturn, Corey Goode, expert of the Secret Space Program, discussed how full disclosure is related to an upcoming series of Solar Flash events. He also talked about a quarantine throughout the solar system imposed by a "Galactic Federation", which is a very different body than the "Super Federation" comprising 40-60 human-like extraterrestrial races that say they have participated in genetic engineering experiments on earth.
Part One In this series about their December meetings, the "Super Federation" that ended their long-term genetic experiments was discussed, and the second part discussed the development of a new representative body composed of a delegation of Earth and representatives of 52 adjacent star systems. This leads to a series of questions about how the Galactic Federation plays in all these changes.
To clarify the problems related to solar flash events and the role played by the "Galactic Federation", Corey has agreed to answer a series of questions. What follows are the questions and answers between us, followed by an analysis on my part (Michael Salla) that makes up this co-author article.

Q1 What is the Galactic Federation? Who are its members?
I have referred to it as the Galactic Federation, through Tear Eir, while the Anshar call it the "Galactic Confederation". The members are highly advanced spiritually and technologically (6th + Density) civilizations that cooperate to facilitate both the cosmic law and the various cosmic cycles. The members of the Sphere Being Alliance (Guardians) are members of this federation.
Q2 How is the Galactic Federation different from the Super Federation?
The Super Federation is formed by beings of 4th to 5th density that engage the races of "genetic farmers", as well as civilizations that were the product of the "great experiment" that advanced to the point of becoming part of the group that performs the experiments. We're supposed to graduate to this very point very soon. The Galactic Federation as indicated above is more responsible for maintaining this Universe / Reality for the One Infinite Creator and exists within what we would consider another Density or even an Angelic realm. One of the messages I received from the SBA was "We are the messengers and facilitators of the One Infinite Creator".
P3 It says that the Representatives of the Earth will be united to a newly reconstituted Super Federation, does the Earth have a representative role in the Galactic Federation?
No, the Galactic Federation is for beings of sixth and greater density. Humans are considered beings of transition from 3rd to 4th density. We are ready to end that transition in a relatively short number of years.
Q4 It says that in 2014, the Galactic Federation took over the Sphere Being Alliance solar system quarantine, does that mean they cooperate with Solar Warden?
No, the SBA / Guardians quarantined the Solar System in 2014 from all the groups. The bubble / energetic sphere that surrounded our Sun System was eliminated at the same time as the giant spheres were gradually removed from our Sun System just before the Blue Avians passed the stage to 2 other beings in the SBA, as I reported that it would happen early in my testimony. At that time, the Galactic Federation came and put an extremely high technology block that we really would not have a way to understand. They showed me the ships made of light, although I do not think I was able to fully understand what they showed me. I had the impression that beings of 6th density did not need a form of transportation.
Q5 Does the Galactic Federation correspond to the Nordic races that William Tompkins said are helping the US Navy? UU / Solar to build your SSP?
The Nordic races are not the same race. There are multiple races and groups that seem similar enough for people to group them into a single group. Some are from other star systems, others from other timelines within this reality and others are from a completely different reality (Dimension). In most cases, these beings are 4th or 5th density. I have no information about Nordic races that have moved to sixth density beyond what is currently on the Internet.
Q6 You mentioned some confusion about when and how a Flash Solar event will take place over the next decade, can you clarify?
Part of the confusion was mine. I am still wrapping my head with all the information and images that they showed me while I spent the 3 days with the Anshar. For a while I said that they told me that it was not a solar event but a series of events that led to a great event. During my meeting on the LOC while giving my report the time period of 2018-2023 / 24 came about due to the new information Anshar shared with me. I was told that the Elite expected the final "solar sneezing" to occur at the end of this Minimum Solar Period (2018/2019 from their estimates). "Are we officially in the solar minimum?", Was the question of one of the people present. To my dismay, that question remained unanswered because the informed people were paying close attention to this particular issue.
The elite began to move underground in large numbers based on this probable timeline. The "Programs" had used probable future technology to specify the time of the Release of Alien and Suppressed Technology and the Solar Event. None of them agreed with what the Solar Event would be, since many thought it would be a flash that would turn them into beings of ascended light, while others expected it to be a terrible day for planet Earth.
If the Anshar are correct, the true answer is somewhere between the two theories. The "egg heads" and the smart glass pads described all this happening in the 2018-2023 / 24 time window. Sigmund told me that now that we are entering the Solar Minimum and that the Solar Event has not occurred, it has been agreed. that it is most likely to happen when the Sun rises from the Minimum and reaches the Maximum. This is a process that takes approximately 11 years to complete. If the Anshar are correct, we may need every part of that time to prepare and administer our Karma and our vibrations.
While they spent time with the Anshar Elders, they shared their story, which would be our future if we follow that timeline. In this story, they described how the Sun has been pulsating since the 1930s and continues today. This pulsation releases the cosmic energies that enter the Sun both from the Cosmic Network and from its EM Field as it passes through the cosmic energy, traverses it through its magnetic poles and releases the energy through the Sun's corona. to our Solar System. These energies have accumulated since then, which required the presence of giant spheres to disconcert some of the effects on our planet and its inhabitants. Once we had acclimatized a little more to these energies, the spheres were removed to allow us to go through the process with less planetary turbulence and symptoms of madness in humanity. With what we are seeing now, can you imagine what society would be like if the energies had not been damped?
It was communicated through a particular elder that there is always some kind of destructive event on the planets that ascend to 4D and take their inhabitants to 4D along with them. The flashes (that not necessarily all the flashes are visible) that have been happening will accumulate until a great solar event. The Anshar described an important solar event in his past (our future?) That closely resembled the "coronal mass ejection of full circumference" that I described as one of the scientific theories about the solar event.
They described that the solar explosion was so powerful that it caused a physical pole shift on Earth of several degrees. They described the atmosphere that was breaking the CME in the northern hemisphere, which caused massive fires that devastated a large area and in doing so destroys all the technology of the planet. There was a good amount of loss of life in the real event.
The final explosion of the Sun had an important effect on the consciousness of the survivors and the Planet. The way in which the survivors handled the explosion of energy depended directly on their mental and spiritual states before the explosion. Those who treated much of their Karma left the event virtually unharmed emotionally, while those who did not treat their spiritual and emotional health needed much help from some of our cosmic cousins.
This sounds scary, and it's to be honest ... But they said that this event hits the A.I. and allows the beings of the Super Federation to openly help the survivors. AI has been a big problem for aliens and Anshar. Once eliminated, all beings influenced by AI will be confused and in a weakened state. This allows the Super Federation (mainly our cosmic cousins at this point) to reach the Earth openly without being attacked by the various species of "AI Prophet" that currently infest our planet. They also told me that there was a kind of lacuna in the cosmic law that allows ETs to interact directly with humans on the surface after a potentially civilization final event. Our civilization is based on electronics at this point. Such an event would change our civilization forever.
This is a very basic summary of Anshar's story. I intend to share much more. They also shared the difficulty of a transition that humanity had at the beginning when we discovered how we have been manipulated and then rebelled against the whole "Great Experiment". While those who develop well through the solar event embrace our cosmic cousins, those who did not do so well reject the help of visitors who come offering assistance, since this group will generate much distrust towards non-terrestrials.
A large percentage of our surviving population, people who did not perform well in the final solar event, apparently rebel by hacking their own DNA and creating designer bodily effects, as well as deliberately mixing all human races. It is said that this mixture continues for several generations before it causes a genetic degenerative disease that seems to be a form of safety integrated by some of the original members of the Super Federation. This forces that group of human beings to request the assistance of an ET Group, which also helps them to catch up with the part of the population that performed better. After that bad streak, according to the Anshar, we enter our own "Renaissance of Consciousness" that really becomes the Golden Age of Humanity.
The question is, is this our future? This information is different from what I had heard while I was in the programs. Is it more accurate than the "scuttlebutt" of the SSP scientists and the possible future technologies mentioned in the Smart Glass Pad? Is this information giving me a way that Anshar can "maintain" his timeline?
This is the debate that developed around the table during the briefing in the Lunar Operations Command. I hope to spend 2 weeks with the Elders in the near future, as well as address this with Tear-Eir in the communications of our dreams. When sitting at the table, it was noteworthy that Gonzales, who has spent so much time with the Mayans, did not seem surprised or refuted the version of the Anshar he shared. I plan to address this in much more detail with Gonzales next time we meet.
I have not perceived manipulation or deception on their part until this point, so now I am transmitting the information. This information will be filtered through your own lens of perception and will challenge your reality bubble. It is worth noting that Mica stated that these things never happened as they thought they would or exactly how they appeared in their prophecies. I guess we can expect the same.
I'm doing what the blue aviars ordered me to do. Present, process and understand as best you can and then inform the public and allow the information to enter into our joint awareness. People who believe it or not do not affect the process.
Q7 How will this solar flash contribute to the melting of ice sheets in Antarctica?
If the Earth Pole effectively changes "several degrees", it would possibly put Antarctica in the position that Australia has today. The Anshar discussed how different our equator was before the last event, about 11,600 years ago.

Q8 Do you think a pole shift is possible given the next solar flash and melting ice sheets?
According to what the Anshar shared with me, yes.
Q9 What do the Anshar have to say about a combination of solar flare, a pole shift and an asteroid impact? Will the impact of the asteroid be an accidental aspect of the galactic process or will it be deliberate in some way?
It is a part of the earth that changes in electrical frequency and attracts objects during the process. I did not fully understand and did not follow up with the questions at that time, as I did not want to interrupt the flow of information that was being shared. Approximately one year or more at a time, Tear-Eir showed me several things. One of the things was a massive increase in earthquakes, high energy storms and, finally, erupting volcanoes in a short period of time.
One of the other things that was shown was a meteor exploding over the ocean but without impact. This caused a huge tsunami and left traces of a metal and a large amount of radiation in the ocean. I know that all this sounds like pessimism and not a positive timeline. If what they tell me is true, all transitions have an approximate phase when the planet in which the beings are located traverses the last symptoms of the transition to a higher density. They tell me that the planets react in a very similar way when moving densities or higher energy planes.
I would like to believe that we make the transition in a more gentle way, although from what I have seen of humanity ... we do everything in the most difficult way. I hope that when I meet Tear-Eir next, tell me that we can co-create a different reality. Perhaps what we should focus our intention on is to help our planet make the transition in a smoother way. If Anshar's story is our future, then it gives us even more urgency to focus on our inner work and raise our vibrations.
Analysis of questions and answers by Michael Salla
Corey's description of the Galactic Federation as sixth + density beings that exist largely in the Angelic realm, that use light technologies to travel the universe, and that the Sphere Being Alliance is a member of this Federation was very revealing
Throughout our recent history, there have been reports of light ships and contacts with angelic-looking humans. Many contactees have referred to a Galactic Federation or Confederation, and how contact with its members has led to life-changing experiences.
Naturally, there will always be the question of whether these contacts genuinely involve beings of the Galactic Federation or impostors of the Super Federation, the Inner Earth Alliance and / or the Draconian Empire. Contactee, like George Kavassilas, claims to have experienced many of these different extraterrestrial / inner Earth groups and has analyzed in detail the deception that underlines them to varying degrees.
Discovering the extraterrestrial control system of Saturn's moon
This is where discernment is important and a certain knowledge of who the different groups are and how they interact with humanity will help differentiate them.
With respect to Corey's visit to the Lunar Operations Command, it refers to a follow-up meeting at a secret base on the Moon where he hosted an informational meeting with the Secret Space Program Alliance about his previous meetings at a space station / anomaly storm near Jupiter (meeting of the Super Federation - December 16, 2017) and a few days later in a similar anomaly / station near Saturn.
Corey said the elite had "used probable future technology" [likely based on “Looking Glass” technology] to determine what would happen during this current solar minimum period [2018-2019]. His reference to the elites divided over whether humanity would ascend to beings of light or descend to global chaos reflects a similar diversity of opinions expressed by public figures.
For example, the investigating mythologist, William Henry, He has been describing the process by which humans can ascend to beings of light, and he conducts seminars to help members of the public achieve this goal. Others, such as the remote viewer, Ed Dames, They have been describing the global chaos that will occur as a result of a killshot / solar flash that, therefore, recommends a series of survival strategies.
Corey noted that the Anshar believe that both processes are likely to occur in the next window of time 2018-2023 / 24, which covers the current solar minimum to the next solar maximum. His description of the "coronal mass ejection of full circumference" that leads to a pole shift and great devastation in the northern hemisphere is certainly a frightening scenario that involves a lot of loss of life.
However, as he points out, the advantage is that a sign of Artificial Intelligence that has become a big problem for the Secret Space Programs, the extraterrestrials and our planet in general, is almost eliminated. The elimination of the influence of AI makes it possible for the aliens of the Super Federation, our cosmic cousins, to land due to the shared genetic lineages to presumably help humanity cope with the upcoming changes on Earth.
This corresponds to the predicted predicted landings of mass flying saucers that contacted contacted like Michael Elegion in his book, Prepare for landings, and interviews.
Most fascinating is how Corey discusses the nexus between our immediate future and how this corresponds to Anshar's past, since it is our descendants who traveled in the remote past (18 million BC) to maintain a positive timeline.
It seems that they and we have had great success in maintaining this positive timeline, and that they will also be very useful in helping with upcoming global events, given their intimate knowledge of the timeline we are currently going through.
Corey says he will soon spend a couple of weeks with Anshar where he will get more information that will help humanity deal with what is coming, and that through "Gonzales", the former naval commander who is now a link with an old Maya Space Secret Program, also hopes to get more information about the Solar Flash and other events.

I must point out here that when I met with two representatives of a Secret Maya Space Program in Mexico City in 2010, who volunteered to recruit me into a training program for pilots to fly on the Maya spacecraft. They told me that there would be great changes on Earth around 2023 and that the trained pilots would serve both in the evacuation and in the assistance of the population, as well as in the fight against the Draconian reptilian influence. I rejected the offer because it strongly held the view that destructive changes on Earth were highly unlikely.
However, given my recent research for the book, The hidden history of Antarctica, and what Goode has revealed about upcoming Solar Flash events, it seems that a Pole Shift is now very possible. Therefore, what the Mayan representatives told me in 2010 that 2023 was the date for changes on Earth was a fairly accurate long-term prediction, after all.
It seems that the next solar maximum, which is expected to reach a maximum around 2023/2024, is going to be a life change for all of us on the planet. Therefore, it is up to us to take the necessary measures to deal with such contingencies. On the one hand, I hope to hear more from Corey Goode about what Anshar and the Mayans have to share about our immediate future, and the respective roles played by the Galactic Federation and the Super Federation in all these coming changes.
