Update of the situation
Increase activity in the Galactic Center. The Galactic Light Forces have removed the last remnants of the quantum signature of a huge Dyson sphere of quantum fluctuation, 4 light-years in diameter, that surrounded our Solar System and impeded the Ascension process of our Solar System.
This quantum sphere of Dyson was a very advanced hyperdimensional quantum portal that was created by the Chimera group in 1996 and is now completely gone forever.
As a result of this, our Sun joined the galactic network of Light as the last star that joined that network, and now it is a fully functional portal of Light.
Now, every primary anomaly worth mentioning is well concentrated within the primary anomaly, less than a planetary diameter distant from the surface of planet Earth.
The fleet of the Galactic Forces is present within our Solar System, hidden, but those sensitive to the energies can definitely feel it.

During the 1996-2001 period, the vast majority of the Lightworkers and the Light Warriors have been subjected to trauma-based mental programming at underground military bases. For many, memories of that programming will begin to emerge as implants begin to lose their power.
Many of those Lightworkers and Light Warriors have been mentally programmed against the Light Forces of the Galactic Confederation, and many have been programmed against me and some other key people involved in the process of planetary liberation.
The Light Forces are working at full speed to resolve the standstill that still holds the surface of the planet hostage to the dark forces.

This is the main reason why the forces of Light are not yet intervening on the surface of the planet.
This is the reason why the Resistance Movement can not rescue some exhausted underground Lightwarriors, that is why they can not bring gold or cash, nor call on Skype.
Also, if a Resistance agent directly contacted an individual on the surface, the dark forces would kill him immediately.
