Famous children, with their creative names, often do not have to worry about going to elementary school with the same name as a classmate.
The same can be said of the young Zeppelin Bram, the son of Jensen Ackles.
Ackles, from CW's "Supernatural," explained this week in "Live with Kelly and Ryan" how he and his wife, Danneel, did not decide a name for their son until two days after they called their twin sister, Arrow Rhodes. The twins were born on December 2, 2016.
Although the parents are fans of Led Zeppelin, it had nothing to do with the band.
Choosing the name of your child
Two days after the twin's birth, Arrow had a name, but his brother did not. Even in the hospital, everyone was "spitting names," said Ackles, 40.
"And everyone is looking, you know, on the sites of '100 Best Baby Names' and I'd like to say 'We will not find the name there'," he said.
The "fun fact", although not as much fun, was that his son's umbilical cord was tied in a knot, "which could be very dangerous," Ackles said. The knot was loose and Zeppelin was fine.
"But thinking about that, while thinking about a name, I thought, hmm, I went to a site of navigation knots, like knot names, and at the end was the curve of the zeppelin, which was the knot they used to tie the zeppelin. We head to the ground and I just showed Danneel. "
The rest, as they say, is history.
Zeppelin and Arrow have a 5-year-old sister, Justice Jay, whom Ackles said they called JJ.
"Supernatural" is the longest program on CW and the premieres of season 14, on October 11.
