The social media platform where alleged shooter Robert Bowers apparently voiced anti-Semitic comments before a lethal shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue, said he is working with the FBI and the Justice Department "without a subpoena."
Shortly after several law enforcement officers identified Bowers, 48, as the suspect in the shooting involved in the attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue, Gab.com issued a statement saying he was "alerted" to a profile. that matched his name.
"The account was verified and coincided with the name of the alleged shooter, who was mentioned in the police scanners."
