- The facts:
The stories of many great teachers throughout history, knowledge and ancient culture point to many factors that recur. Are they gods in the classical sense of the word? You decide, but we know that they may not be who we think they are.
- Reflect on:
What does it mean that we do not have and possess the same knowledge, skills and deep love that many of these teachers had? Apart from the books 'saints' in themselves, it seems that nothing tells us that we are not the same.
Throughout the centuries, there have always been saints, sages, seers and prophets who have foreseen events, healed and spread a powerful message to the masses. On the surface, these messages may seem disconnected and different, but at their core there are many similarities, the essence being the same.
This can be summarized metaphorically by an old Indian fable that tells the story of 6 blind men who come into contact with an elephant. Taken from The poem by John Godfrey Saxe (1816-1887) The blind and the elephant
There were six men from Indostan,
To learn a lot inclined,
Who went to see the elephant
(Although they were all blind),
Let each one by observation.
It could satisfy your mind.
The first approach to the elephant,
And happening to fall
Against its wide and robust side,
He immediately started screaming:
"God bless me! But the elephant
It's like a wall!
The second, feeling of the tusk,
He shouted, "Ho, what do we have here?
Very round, smooth and sharp?
For me it is very clear,
This wonder of an elephant
It's like a spear!
The third approached the animal,
And going on to take
The trunk writhing in his hands,
So boldly and spoke:
"I see," -also he- "the elephant
It's like a snake!
The fourth extended an anxious hand,
And I felt on the knee:
"How is this wonderful beast?
It is powerfully flat "
"The elephant is clear enough
It is very similar to a tree!
The Fifth, who accidentally touched the ear,
He said: "E'en the most blind man
You can tell what this is more like;
Deny the fact that you can,
This wonder of an elephant
It is very like a fan! "
The Sixth had barely begun.
About the beast groping,
Then, grabbing the tail that swings
That fell within your reach,
"I see", he, "the elephant
It is very similar to a rope!
And so these men of Indostan.
In a loud and long dispute,
Everyone in their own opinion.
Overcoming stiff and strong,
Although each one was partly to the right,
And all were in evil!
The moral of this story is that many people can see the same, but get a different interpretation. This brings me to some of the greatest known prophets in our history, starting with Viracocha.
The Inca god viracocha
Viracocha is a god worshiped by the Incas, however, many believe that this "God" was actually a person who brought a new way of being to the Incas. This included curing the sick, restoring the sight of the blind and teaching skills such as medicine, agriculture, mathematics and writing. From Graham Hancock's book Fingerprints Of The Gods:
This idol took the form of a marble statue of the god, a statue that is described "as to the hair, the complexion, the features, the clothing and the sandals, just as the painters represent the apostle Saint Bartholomew". Other stories of Viracocha compared their appearance with that of Santo Tomás. I examined several illustrated ecclesiastical manuscripts in which these two saints appeared; both were routinely portrayed as white, bearded and slender men, past middle age, wearing sandals and dresses with long, loose capes. As we will see, the records confirmed that this was exactly the appearance that Viracocha attributed to those who worshiped him.
This opinion has also been shared by the Spanish Jesuit missionary of the sixteenth century, Father José de Acosta (also taken from Fingerprints Of The Gods):
They make great mention of a great flood. [Severe flood], what happened in their country ... the Indians say that all the men drowned in the flood, and report that from Lake Titicaca a Viracocha came out, that stayed in Tiahuanaco, where on this day there are ruins of ancient and very strange buildings, and from there they arrived in Cusco, and humanity began to multiply ...
It seems that there is no known history of Viracocha that predates the Inca people, but if I had to assume that this God was based on a real person, then (like all other saintly persons) I would have to go through an initiatory period of purification. This is something I'll be back to shortly.
Jesus Christ of Nazareth
The most famous prophet is Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who appears not only in the Christian text, but also in the Koran and in many other sacred books. As part of his purification, it is reported that Jesus went to the desert and fasted for 40 days and 40 nights. During this time he was tempted 3 times by Satan. The 3 temptations were: hedonism (hunger / satisfaction), egoism (throwing / spectacular power) and materialism (kingdoms / wealth). After Jesus rejected every temptation, the devil left and Jesus began his teaching. What is interesting to note is that the purification of Jesus took place in the desert, predominantly under the power of the Sun's fire element. Now I know we do not know the pre-Inca history of Viracocha, but one might suppose that if he had faced an initiation similar, it would probably have a close relationship with the water element, because it rose from the lake.
Moses
It was said that Moses had liberated more than 600,000 Israelite slaves from Egypt. It is said that Moses crossed the Red Sea with the former slaves and settled on Mount Sinai. This is where Moses went and fasted for 40 days and 40 nights before receiving the Ten Commandments of God. Once again, the predominant element of the mountains is that of the air. Unlike the 2 previous elementary initiations.
Gautama Buddha
Gautama Buddha was famous under the Bodhi tree until he attained enlightenment where, like Jesus, he was tempted by the devil. After 49 days of meditation, at the age of 35, it is said that he achieved his task of complete liberation. Once again, there is an elemental force here on Earth on which he sat under the Bodhi tree.
So far we have talked about the 4 agreed elements on the natural world, however, some argue that darkness and clarity are also elements. Light obviously has its physical characteristics, but it could also be defined as the transcendent. The experience that is beyond humanity and materialism, what we might call the spiritual realm.
Muhammad
Muhammad is the most recent of the prophets we speak of and the founder of Islam. It is believed that he was born in the year 570 AD, which is synchronously the year of the elephant. Muhammad fasted and prayed for 40 days in a cave called Hira on Mount Jabal al-Nour. During this time it is stated that he was visited by the angel Gabriel. Gabriel then ordered Muhammad to recite the verses that would later become the Koran. The elemental force that we are working inside the cave is that of Darkness.
To sum up
There is no mention of a prophet who worked with pure light and this is because they all did it. It is believed that the liberation of a human being is to purify your physical body to the level where you let pure light emanate through you. Which means that all the prophets, in fact, acceded to pure light through their initiation. Pure light is the elephant and each of the prophets saw this truth and interpreted it through its elementary perspective.
At least this is an observational theory that could be reached. As an independent, none of the religions derived from these teachers has been able to achieve any lasting level of peace, and in most cases has caused more bloodshed than they have saved. But what if none of the religions is "correct"? As with the history of the elephant, they are just a view of the same from a different perspective. Perhaps with the unification (or at least the acceptance) of the teachings of all religions access to a teaching that will take us to a seventh ascending plane that we need to free ourselves completely as a species is achieved.
Maybe we all have a piece of the biggest puzzle, with each in part correct, and all of us wrong!

Free presentation by Franco DeNicola: The change in consciousness
We interviewed Franco DeNicola about what is happening with the change of consciousness. It turned out to be one of the most profound and important information we got in an interview.
We explore why things are moving a little more slowly with change sometimes, which prevents certain solutions from being presented and the important role we all play.
