Alyssa Shepherd, 24, the driver of the SUV that crashed into the children, was arrested and charged with three counts of reckless homicide and a misdemeanor for failing to consider a stop sign and cause injuries, officials said. ABC News.

Contacted by ABC News on Wednesday morning, the school district made no immediate comment.
